Business Operations Manager (Accessories)

As the Accessories Business Sales Representative for Protection Pro/ Anker/ Sound Core Brands in your assigned territory, you will have the responsibility to manage the sales operations independently and ensure profitability. Your key responsibilities include: - Appointing distributors and DTR Partners in the territory and maintaining maximum market coverage. - Appointing Business Development Officers (BOEs) to support in achieving sales targets. - Conducting training sessions and partner engagement activities as per guidelines from Corporate Trainer. - Managing customer feedback register, addressing complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Analyzing local market trends, reports, and collaborating with the National Head. - Monitoring market prices and ensuring price sanity. - Controlling partner and installation expert attrition. - Maintaining inventory levels at counters and distributor points. - Ensuring proper utilization of marketing materials and preventing abuse. - Executing local marketing activities and schemes to enhance sales. - Implementing national programs and monitoring competition activities. - Ensuring high-quality installations of products. - Travelling within the territory for operational excellence and business growth. - Providing market feedback and discussing improvement opportunities with National Sales Head. - Sharing and discussing sales plans monthly with National Sales Head.
