You will be responsible for promoting MI Brand Phones, Smart Phones, Feature phones, and Accessories business. During store visits, you will need to check the Store Header Board, Cladding, and Branding. If any issues are identified such as water leakage, lights not working, cladding damages, or absence of branding in the store, you should discuss these matters with the dealer/partner to ensure prompt resolution. Your daily tasks will include logging attendance before 11 am and after 7 pm with GPS Location using the Day track Application. You will also be required to conduct team meetings/con-calls with Marketing Executives, TSMs, ASMs, and Marketing Manager to ensure effective communication and coordination. Monitoring the maintenance of shop branding, updating the latest branding as per guidelines, and coordinating with vendors for billing and rectification of maintenance issues will be part of your responsibilities. You will be expected to ensure that the current POSM Material is properly deployed and coordinate with vendors for necessary replacements or updates. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will need to check if Dedicated zone is maintained for MI Products and ensure that the prime and visible area of the store is allocated for MI Products. This role is full-time and based at the District Headquarters. The ideal candidate should have a Degree and 4 to 6 years of experience in Mobiles Branding. Additional requirements include an age between 25 to 30 years and the ability to report to the Marketing Manager, TSM, ASM, or Vice President. Sales Area coverage will include 2 or 3 districts. You will be responsible for managing the Accessories Business Sales for Protection Pro, Anker, and Sound Core Brands in your assigned territory. This includes running the territory as an independent profit center and appointing distributors/DTR Partners to maintain maximum market coverage. Your duties will also involve appointing BOEs to assist in achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and following up on aging issues. Additionally, you will be required to organize training sessions, partner engagement activities, and local marketing initiatives to drive business growth. It will be your responsibility to study local market trends, monitor pricing, and control attrition among partners and installation experts. You must ensure compliance with company guidelines, prevent abuse of marketing materials, and minimize inventory levels at each counter and distributor's point. Traveling within the territory for 10 to 15 days a month will be necessary to maintain operational excellence and provide market feedback to the National Sales Head for continuous improvement.
