Business Operations Executive

Job Description :

We are looking for a proactive Business Operations Executive – Online Courses to manage the planning and delivery of various skill development and upskilling programs. These include courses like MS Excel, WordPress Web Development, Digital Marketing, Graphic Designing, and more.

The right candidate should be passionate about education, well-organized, and able to coordinate smoothly with trainers, subject experts, and students.

Key Responsibilities :

As a Business Operations Executive, you will handle all major aspects of course planning and delivery, such as:

• Manage and coordinate with trainers
• Plan and structure course curriculum
• Develop and organize training materials and resources
• Schedule and monitor live training sessions
• Ensure the quality of course content and delivery
• Provide support to students throughout the course
• Handle onboarding process for new trainers

Preferred Qualifications & Skills :

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream
• Good knowledge of teaching methods and curriculum planning
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Freshers with a keen interest in education can also apply
• Experience in academic/education operations will be an added advantage
• Familiarity with online and live training formats

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
