Business Operations - eCommerce Catalog

As an Online Product Catalog Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating the online product catalog to ensure accurate and complete product listings that align with brand standards. Your key responsibilities will include: - Maintaining and updating the online product catalog with accurate product listings aligned with brand standards. - Adding new products and managing updates to existing listings, including descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as merchandising, supply chain, IT, and digital marketing to ensure catalog consistency. - Supporting the development and implementation of automation tools to improve catalog efficiency and accuracy. - Monitoring catalog performance and user experience to enhance product discoverability and conversion. - Assisting in managing product data integrity across platforms and databases. - Supporting special projects, seasonal rollouts, and campaign-related updates to the product catalog. - Applying marketing insights to enhance product presentation and user engagement. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - MBA preferred. - Minimum of 2+ years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, or a related field. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Experience with e-commerce platforms and catalog/content management systems. - Project management experience is a plus. - Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively. - Familiarity with automation tools, product data feeds, or PIM systems is a plus.,
