Business Operations Associate

Role Overview: As a part of the supply operations team, your main role is to provide consistent support to our suppliers, regional heads, and coordinators. You will handle real-time supplier requests, assist in the onboarding process, maintain product listings, ensure accurate venue details on the website, collaborate with regional coordinators for content updates, perform quality checks on product listings, configure product mapping, and monitor venue availability for seasonal events. Collaborating with various teams is essential to maintain real-time updates and seamless data flow on the website. Key Responsibilities: - Handle real-time supplier requests - Assist in the onboarding process - Maintain product listings - Ensure accurate venue details on the website - Collaborate with regional coordinators for content updates - Perform quality checks on product listings - Configure product mapping - Monitor venue availability for seasonal events Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in B2B supplier chain business, with at least 1 year in product listing and back-office operations - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality work - Bachelor's Degree is required - Business-minded with the ability to simplify tasks effectively - Background in the travel/tourism industry preferred but not mandatory - Structured and highly organized Additional Company Details: Please note that this is a full-time job with benefits including food, health insurance, and paid sick time.
