As a Documentation Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for creating detailed and well-formatted documentations. Your role will also involve utilizing basic knowledge of MS-Excel for handling formulas and reporting tasks. It is essential for you to be adept at multitasking and delivering tasks within stipulated deadlines while maintaining high quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Think creatively to support the department in achieving excellent results within predefined processes - Demonstrate a quick learning ability and provide unique insights to ensure successful task completion - Collaborate closely with the German team for operational processes and deliverables - Adapt easily to changes in processes and task requirements - Utilize knowledge of order fulfillment processes, managing support content on websites, and providing input on support handling processes for added advantage Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience - Minimum of 1 year experience in using MS-Excel or similar office tools (preferred) - Familiarity with VB script and macros (preferred) - Strong documentation and communication skills, with proficiency in English speaking - Good analytical skills and a willingness to experiment with new technologies and tools - Ability to browse the web efficiently and find quick results - Experience in process documentation and presentation (preferred) - Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision - Out-of-the-box thinking and a proactive approach to learning new skills In addition to the exciting responsibilities and qualifications outlined above, we provide a stimulating work environment that offers the freedom to explore your ideas.
