Business Manager Support

• Educated to graduate level (or equivalent level of experience)
• Strong Excel (particularly large data sets / modelling) and high-quality visual report production
• Prior Business Management & Experience of producing high quality reporting to tight deadlines
• Stakeholder Management ability to engage and build effective relationships with team and stakeholders
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills and ability to communicate with diverse audiences
• Ability to work alone, independently drive initiatives or as part of a team, as required
• Analytical analysis, data mining and scenario modelling experience
• Effective presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• The Role Holder will communicate regularly with various offices globally and all levels of seniority including all the product specialist teams.
• The jobholder will be required to support the management of programmes/projects and governance forums, representing his/her team as appropriate. Understanding of financial reporting aspects and moderate level knowledge of all investment, banking, insurance and credit products
