Business Manager Support

As a Business Manager Support at HSBC, you will play a vital role in supporting various business management and change delivery initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate activities within the Chief Operating Officer/Commercial Execution team to ensure the successful implementation of optimization projects and on-time completion of planned activities. - Provide support for performance analysis and participate in meetings to address issues and challenges, offering solutions when necessary. - Ensure accurate and timely sharing of region-specific tasks and reports, while identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions. - Work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating expertise in analytical analysis, data mining, and scenario modeling. - Communicate regularly with global offices and stakeholders of all levels to support the management of programs/projects and governance forums. - Uphold stakeholder management abilities and strong written and interpersonal communication skills to engage effectively with diverse audiences. - Contribute to the development of high-quality visual reports using strong Excel skills and prior experience in Business Management. - Educated to graduate level or equivalent experience. - Proficient in handling large data sets in Excel and producing high-quality visual reports. - Previous experience in Business Management and delivering high-quality reporting within tight deadlines is advantageous. - Excellent stakeholder management abilities and strong written and interpersonal communication skills. - Familiarity with financial reporting and moderate knowledge of investment, banking, insurance, and credit products is beneficial.
