Job Description We're seeking an energetic and goal-driven Business Manager to join our expanding team. This role offers a chance to lead the promotion and growth of our training centers, build industry relationships, and support business operations. Key Responsibilities Drive student admissions and meet monthly growth targets Interact with walk-in and online inquiries, provide program details, and convert leads Coordinate with instructors and backend teams for smooth training delivery Organize and promote seminars, workshops, and in-center events Manage client relationships including colleges, corporates, and individuals Maintain accurate reports, student records, and performance data Support digital marketing and local campaigns Qualifications Any Bachelor's Degree (discipline not restricted) Freshers or 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or education Strong communication and interpersonal skills Quick learner with a passion for growth and teamwork Basic awareness of design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) is a bonus Location Thrissur / Kochi / Kozhikode – Kerala Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
