Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Manager for Luxury Segment Products, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of luxury segment products, developing and implementing effective business strategies, and sales to Premium customers, Builders, Architects, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience in business management, retail management, and luxury segment products
• Skills in developing business strategies, market analysis, and customer relationship management
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Experience in the luxury sector is an advantage
• Proficiency in using business management software and tools

Experience : Min 3 years exp in sales in any premium retail/Fashion/aviation sector, professionals working in product related to home solutions or electrical segment can also apply.

Salary : 18 lacs fixed and variable with excellent employee benefits.
