Business Manager - Car Loan(Bhuj)

You will be responsible for sourcing used car loans and meeting targets through channel development. This includes identifying and forming tie-ups with used car dealers and re-sellers. You will also be in charge of resolving any Post Disbursement Discrepancy (PDD) issues and managing the collection of used car loans. In addition, you will focus on team building, achieving the business plan, and managing the portfolio in coordination with Operations and Collection departments. Asset verification of cases under processing and overseeing vehicle loan business across the assigned geography will be part of your role. Regular review meetings with line managers and maintaining a strong check on Early Delinquencies (EDs) and Non-Starter (NS) cases are essential. You will contribute to business growth by identifying and selling prospects while nurturing relationships.
