Business Manager - Car Loan(Aurangabad-Maharashtra)

As an experienced professional in the Sales-Vehicle department with over 5 years of expertise, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing Used Car Loans to meet set targets. Your role will involve developing channels, establishing partnerships with Used Car Dealers and Re-sellers, and resolving any Post Disbursement Defects (PDD) that may arise. Additionally, you will oversee the collection of Used Car Loans, focus on team building, and drive channel development initiatives. Your responsibilities will also include achieving the business plan, managing the portfolio in collaboration with Operations and Collection teams, verifying assets in processed cases, and ensuring the smooth operation of vehicle loan business across the designated geography. Regular review meetings with line managers, close monitoring of Early Delinquencies (EDs) and Non-Starter (NS) cases, and the identification and conversion of prospects will be key aspects of your role.
