Business Management Strategy & Performance - Analyst

As a Strategy Analyst at the Global Investment Bank in Mumbai, you will be a key member of the Strategy team responsible for shaping the long-term strategy of the firm's Global Markets and Investment Banking divisions. Your role will involve working on high-impact projects that drive decisions impacting growth, profitability, and organizational direction across regions. Key Responsibilities: - Work on global, regional, and divisional projects within the Strategy function. - Support senior team members on projects related to business performance reviews, operating model optimization, and strategic growth initiatives. - Contribute to business optimization, restructuring, and cost efficiency projects. - Assist in screening in-organic growth opportunities such as M&A and partnerships. - Conduct competitor and macro/market analysis using public data, proprietary information, and industry research. - Monitor and analyze quarterly financial results of competitors. - Prepare presentations for senior management, including board meetings, town halls, and offsites. - Collaborate with stakeholders across businesses, finance, and regional functional teams. Qualifications Required: - B.Tech, Dual Degree, Integrated M.Sc., or Bachelors in Economics/Finance (Top-tier institute preferred). Desired Skills & Mindset: Domain: - Quick learner with a strong interest in global markets, investment banking, and macroeconomics. - High-quality communication skills and ability to present complex insights clearly. - Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines under pressure.
