You will play a crucial role in helping fans engage deeper, stay longer, and have more fun through targeted marketing, loyalty programming, and optimizing experiences within and around our games. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Business Operations Coordination:** - Set up tools and processes to enhance efficiency, reduce repetition, and streamline common tasks. - Collaborate with managers to maintain up-to-date resource allocation data. - Create and update new roles in the financial system. - Define and create reports with Business Operations teammates for continuous improvement. - Maintain important business operation reporting, including planned vs. actual data. - **Internal Comms and Experience Coordination:** - Measure the effectiveness of work using tools and creative solutions. - Translate campaign stats into actionable summaries for improving results. - Schedule and track internal communications campaigns. - Maintain updated email and Slack distributions. - Organize monthly in-person events. **Qualifications:** - Self-starter who can provide recommendations and take the lead independently. - Curious mindset with the ability to ask the right questions to understand tasks thoroughly. - Strong organizational skills, resourcefulness, and a constant drive for efficiency. - Team player who collaborates effectively, plays their role well, and enhances team performance. - Demonstrable experience in streamlining business processes, preferably using AI or productivity tools. - Intermediate knowledge of tools such as Airtable, Anaplan, Google Suite, Miro, Slack, and Contact Monkey. - Proficiency in mathematics and reporting data with a high level of comfort. - Ability to create work-back schedules and manage them to support team deadlines.
