Business Management Analyst, Private Banking

Role Overview: As a Business Management Analyst in Private Banking based in Mumbai, India, you will be a vital part of the Location Management team. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around Business Management, managing headcount, costs, controls, and optimizing resource utilization. You will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects such as cost and resource management, program/business management, and controls. Key Responsibilities: - Cost and Resource Management: - Manage headcount by tracking hires and leavers - Prepare and analyze cost sheets, monitoring variations, and proposing cost optimization ideas - Program/Business Management: - Develop and maintain strategy materials and decks for senior management - Assist in documenting business proposals, control frameworks, and agreements - Engage in other PMO activities like managing seating, coordinating trainings, projects, organization initiatives, and ad hoc tasks - Controls: - Oversee all Vendor Relationship Management (VRM) transactions, including creation, providing evidence, drafting SoS/SLA, incorporating stakeholder feedback, signing the SLA, and conducting remediation exercises - Prepare monthly control dashboards, coordinate quarterly control reviews, and consolidate responses - Support in information gathering for internal and external audits, as well as regulatory requirements Qualifications Required: - Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification/work experience - 3-5 years of previous experience in a Finance and Business Management role - Solid understanding of the Private Banking value chain - Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills - Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders, excellent organizational and planning skills, and capability to work under pressure,
