Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and acquire new customers for business loan products through field visits, market mapping, and networking.
Understand the financial needs of SMEs, traders, and service businesses to recommend suitable loan solutions.
Assist customers with documentation, eligibility checks, and application submission.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure quick processing and disbursement of loans.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and convert quality leads into successful loan closures.
Track portfolio performance and support customers in maintaining timely repayments.
Build strong relationships with local businesses, channel partners, and market influencers to create a steady pipeline of prospects.
Keep updated on competitor offerings, market demand, and business trends to refine sales strategies.
Ensure compliance with internal guidelines, KYC norms, and regulatory requirements.

Skills and Competencies
