Business Interlock Specialist

Role Overview: As a Business Interlock Specialist at Accenture, your primary focus will be on improving workforce performance and productivity, boosting business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing costs through talent development processes. You will be responsible for the training and learning material exchange between instructors and learners, both individuals and groups, to enhance their skills and knowledge. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify learning gaps and develop appropriate training programs - Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively deliver training material to learners - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for creating training materials and reports - Establish strong client relationships to understand their training needs and provide tailored solutions - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective talent development strategies - Exhibit thought leadership by staying updated on industry trends and best practices - Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline - 7 to 11 years of experience in talent development, training, or related field - Proven track record of developing and delivering successful training programs - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions - Experience in managing small teams or work efforts is a plus Please note that this role at Accenture may require you to work in rotational shifts to support global clients and projects.,
