Job Description

Role Overview: As a Business Interlock Senior Analyst at Accenture, your main responsibility will be to improve workforce performance and productivity, boost business agility, increase revenue, and reduce costs through the Talent Development process. This involves facilitating training and learning sessions between instructors and learners, either individuals or groups. You will play a crucial role in acting as the knowledge manager for the knowledge transfer process. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify learning gaps and development areas - Develop a Training Environment Strategy to create an effective learning environment - Engage in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to manage training budgets effectively - Handle Stakeholder Communications to ensure alignment and support for training initiatives - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their training requirements and provide solutions - Demonstrate the ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders efficiently - Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills to deliver training material effectively - Collaborate with teams and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills - Meet deadlines for training delivery and project milestones - Oversee Training & Transition processes to ensure smooth knowledge transfer - Utilize experience with FPNA skills and knowledge to enhance training programs - Be flexible to work in any location or facility as required Qualifications Required: - Any Graduation - 5 to 8 years of relevant experience Please note that as a Business Interlock Senior Analyst at Accenture, you will be expected to analyze and solve complex problems independently. Your interactions will primarily be with peers within Accenture, with some involvement with clients and/or Accenture management. You will receive minimal instruction for daily tasks and moderate guidance for new assignments. Your decisions will impact your work and potentially that of others. This role may also involve working in rotational shifts.,
