This includes training, mentoring, and performance management. The goal is to help employees reach their full potential and contribute effectively to the organization. Responsibilities also include identifying skill gaps and developing strategies to address them. This role is essential for fostering a skilled and motivated workforce.The practice of training and learning material between an instructor and learners, either individuals or groups. Instructors can also be referred to as a facilitator, who may be knowledgeable and experienced in the learning material, but can also be used more for their facilitation skills and ability to deliver material to learners.

What are we looking for?
Skill Requirements:
  • Experience:14–18 years
  • Capability Development Location Lead overseeing all capability functions
  • Must have a diverse portfolio of domains
  • Must manage multiple domains (F&A domain experience preferred)
  • Experience in direct operations training is required
  • Ability to understand both stated and unstated client needs and manage client relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Support and partner with core operations to deliver client training requirements
  • Collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Design and deploy training solutions with a material impact on day-to-day client activities
  • Preference for candidates who have worked their way up from an associate level
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Candidates without F&A experience will not be suitableTraining Experience:
  • 12+ year of experience in F&A domain must
  • 4 – 5 years of work experience in transitions. Should have managed or part of minimum 5 transitions
  • Minimum 4–6 years in process, language, and soft skills training
  • Experience in leading knowledge transitions
  • Should have managed transitions
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant F&A domain RTR, OTC & PTP
  • A working knowledge of MS Office with strong Excel and PPT skill
  • Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

  • Program Project Management

    Roles and Responsibilities:
  • In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility
  • The person would create solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
  • Requires adherence to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals
  • Interaction of the individual is with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach
  • Some latitude in decision-making in involved
  • you will act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments
  • Decisions individual at this role makes have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility
  • The person manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
  • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
