Business Interlock Manager

As a Business Interlock Manager at Accenture, your role involves improving workforce performance and productivity, boosting business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing costs. You will be responsible for the Talent Development process, which includes the practice of training and learning material between an instructor and learners, either individuals or groups. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) - Managing stakeholders and clients effectively - Developing Knowledge Management Strategy & Design - Designing Training Environment Strategy - Demonstrating the ability to perform under pressure - Managing multiple stakeholders efficiently - Exhibiting strong written and verbal communication skills - Collaborating effectively and showcasing interpersonal skills - Meeting deadlines consistently - Having a background in training, particularly in the Insurance domain - Possessing experience in Insurance & Claim handling - Demonstrating expertise in Training & Transition processes - Engaging in Learning Content Development In this role, you will be required to identify and assess complex problems within your area of responsibility. You will need to create solutions that involve an in-depth evaluation of variable factors and adhere to the strategic direction set by senior management. Your interactions will primarily be with senior management at clients and/or within Accenture, where you may need to accept alternate approaches. You will have some autonomy in decision-making and will independently determine methods and procedures for new assignments. Your decisions will have a significant day-to-day impact on your area of responsibility. Additionally, you may be managing large to medium-sized teams or work efforts at a client or within Accenture. Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
