Business Intelligence Specialist

As a Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer at the specified Human Resource team, your role involves continuous management of analytics to support strategic business decision-making. You will collect and analyze data to measure the impact of initiatives, providing relevant, intuitive, insight-driven information to all levels of the business. Building strong relationships with business leaders and working in an Agile framework will be key aspects of your role. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with business teams, designing reports and dashboards, performing analyses, and ensuring BI tools are fully leveraged to drive performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate directly with business teams to understand performance drivers, trends, and provide insights - Design reports and dashboards for business consumption and oversee development - Perform pro forma modeling and ad hoc analyses - Maintain standardized templates for reports and dashboards - Ensure standardization and consistency of reporting - Define data needs, evaluate data quality, and work on data extraction, transformation, and loading - Utilize statistical and data visualization packages to develop innovative approaches to complex business problems - Analyze and communicate the effectiveness of new initiatives, drawing insights, and making performance improvement recommendations - Ensure appropriate data-driven reports and customer behavior insights flow to management for continuous improvement **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in Microsoft Azure services and/or other cloud computing environments - Experience with Database Management Systems (DBMS) like SQL and NoSQL - Knowledge of enterprise data visualization platforms such as Power BI and Big Query - Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and applied Algebraic skills - Working knowledge of business statistical applications and econometrics - Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to synthesize and analyze large data sets for actionable findings - Project management skills and ability to work on multiple projects within established time constraints - Ability to handle strong demands in a fast-paced environment and work professionally with customers and co-workers - Passion for the job and necessary skill sets to excel in the role,
