As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing design for projects in your portfolio. You will provide design solutions throughout the product development lifecycle and collaborate closely with product managers, software engineers, marketers, and senior leadership to ensure that project designs align with the company's overall vision, brand identity, and market requirements. Responsibilities: Understand and prioritize user needs to create empathetic and effective designs. Responsible for visual design, including layout, color schemes, typography, and imagery. Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solve complex problems. Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for various devices, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones. Collaborate with engineering teams to transform designs into finished products. Work with other teams to ensure brand consistency and a cohesive user experience. Assist quality assurance by reviewing designs, identifying errors, and ensuring high-quality output. Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems to ensure quality and consistency across all platforms and products. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices. Requirements: Degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience focused on product design. Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and familiarity with web, iOS, and Android design standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to explain design decisions to stakeholders. Experience in analyzing and understanding user behavior. Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite). Experience using user behavior analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft Clarity).
