Business Intelligence Lead

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Intelligence Lead to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in BI tools, SQL, and Python, coupled with proven people management skills to mentor and guide a growing BI team.

We believe that you have

• Lead and manage a team of BI developers/analysts, ensuring effective task allocation, guidance, and performance reviews.

• Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business operations and strategic decisions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.

• Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

• Leverage Python for advanced analytics, automation, and data processing tasks.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across BI platforms.

• Provide technical leadership in BI architecture, data modeling, and best practices.

• Support cross-functional teams with actionable insights and drive adoption of BI solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related roles.

• Strong expertise in SQL (advanced queries, optimization, performance tuning).

• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and integration.

• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Proven experience in leading teams, mentoring, and driving delivery in fast-paced environments.

• Has knowledge in business and financial management and a good understanding of financial follow-up

• It is a merit if you have experience in configuring integrations with pre-systems using different technologies (Webservice, REST API, etc.)

Education:

B.E. / B. Tech/BCA, M. Tech / MCA – full time from a recognized University.
