Business Intelligence Developer

You should have 4-8 years of strong Tableau development experience, along with 1-2 years in SAC and Data Sphere. Your SQL skills should be advanced with experience in Teradata and Oracle scripting. A good understanding of SAP Analytics Cloud, Datasphere, and SAP Business Object is required. You should possess excellent data interpretation skills and knowledge of data warehouse and business intelligence techniques. Additionally, you should have reporting experience including interface with Webservices and data sources. Experience in working with large information technology development projects using methodologies and standards is essential. Familiarity with Agile work environment and Atlassian tools like JIRA & Confluence is preferred. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are necessary to effectively convey information technology concepts to non-technology personnel. You should also have strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Basic coding skills in Python and Java scripting are required, along with hands-on experience working with large datasets. Desired skills include experience with Business Objects & BO Universe, exposure to QlikView, knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access & VBA, and background in telecommunications. Familiarity with Atlassian tools is a plus. As for the role description, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and maintaining dashboards and reports using Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud & Datasphere. Your tasks will include scheduling and running reports, distributing reports, checking for failures and errors in dashboards and reports, and communicating issues and delays to users. You will support users on dashboard reporting related issues/questions/service requests, content-related analysis, user access management, and maintenance of test and pre-production Tableau Server, SAC, and BO.
