Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Extract, manipulate, and analyze data using
SAS
(Base SAS, SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS Visual Analytics).
Develop and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and scorecards to support business needs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Validate data integrity and ensure accuracy in reporting.
Document BI processes, methodologies, and workflows.
Support data governance, compliance, and security standards.
Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to optimize data sources and reporting tools.
Present findings and recommendations to business users and management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
2+ years of hands-on experience with
SAS
programming and BI reporting.
Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases.
Familiarity with BI tools like
SAS Visual Analytics
, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
Ability to work with large datasets and complex data models.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in data visualization and dashboard design.

Desirable Skills:

Knowledge of advanced SAS procedures (e.g., SAS/STAT, SAS Macro).
Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Understanding of business processes in industries like healthcare, finance, or retail.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards such as HIPAA or GDPR.
Ability to automate reporting processes using scripting or scheduling tools.
