Role Overview: You will play a pivotal role in transforming raw business data into structured, actionable insights and automating reporting processes using Python and Power BI/ Tableau/ Excel. Your focus will be on driving efficiency through end-to-end automation of data pipelines, dashboards, and analytics to enable faster and more accurate decision-making. Key Responsibility: - Automate reporting workflows and data processing using Python (pandas, numpy, etc.) and SQL. - Develop dynamic, real-time dashboards and visualizations in Power BI / Tableau/ Excel. - Integrate and transform data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency. - Generate insights through statistical analysis, trend identification, and predictive modeling. - VBA & Macro Automation: Develop and optimize VBA scripts/macros to automate Excel/reporting tasks and integrate with other systems for seamless data transfer and reporting. - Database Management: Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers for efficient data extraction and management. - Collaborate with business leaders to translate analytical findings into business actions. Qualification Required: - Experience in Python (Primary), Power BI/ Tableau/ Excel, SQL, Data Transformation & Automation. - Experience in automating reporting workflows and data processing. - Strong skills in developing dynamic dashboards and visualizations. - Proficiency in integrating and transforming data from multiple sources. - Ability to generate insights through statistical analysis and predictive modeling. - Experience in VBA scripting and macro automation for Excel/reporting tasks. - Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers. - Excellent collaboration skills to work with business leaders on translating analytical findings into actionable insights.
