Your primary role will be designing, developing, and managing incentive-related solutions using SQL, Python (or any programming language), Excel, and a specialized tool called Incentivate. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, a strong analytical mindset, and the willingness to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
1) Design, develop, and maintain incentive calculation workflows and data models.
2) Write optimized SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate incentive-related data.
3) Use Excel for reporting, analysis, and creating data validation checks.
4) Develop automation scripts using Python or similar languages to streamline incentive operations.
5) Learn and adopt the Incentivate platform to configure business rules, calculation logic, and dashboards.
6) Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver timely results.
7) Perform testing and validation of incentive plans to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Support regular and ad-hoc data requests related to incentive programs
