As a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in empowering gTech Ads teams to make informed decisions based on data-driven insights. Your main focus will be to deliver integrated BI solutions that effectively translate data into actionable information. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and deliver comprehensive dashboards, reports, and self-service solutions that transform raw data into clear, actionable insights. - Utilize AI to enhance Business Intelligence capabilities, driving advanced analytics and automation. - Lead cross-functional projects by translating ambiguous business requirements into technical solutions and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize work, and resolve issues for successful delivery. - Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, advocating best practices to ensure data integrity and address anomalies. - Mentor and guide team members on data concepts and tools to promote a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in SQL and Data Visualization using tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar technologies. - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience is preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing BI solutions including dashboards and data pipelines using advanced SQL and visualization tools. - Experience in developing AI features to enhance BI capabilities and ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear technical requirements for impactful data products. - Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages.
