Role Purpose The purpose of the role is to liaison and bridging the gap between customer and Wipro delivery team to comprehend and analyze customer requirements and articulating aptly to delivery teams thereby, ensuring right solutioning to the customer. Engage with delivery team to ensure right solution is proposed to the customer a. Periodic cadence with delivery team to: Provide them with customer feedback/ inputs on the proposed solution Review the test cases to check 100% coverage of customer requirements Conduct root cause analysis to understand the proposed solution/ demo/ prototype before sharing it with the customer Deploy and facilitate new change requests to cater to customer needs and requirements Support QA team with periodic testing to ensure solutions meet the needs of businesses by giving timely inputs/feedback Conduct Integration Testing and User Acceptance demo??s testing to validate implemented solutions and ensure 100% success rate Use data modelling practices to analyze the findings and design, develop improvements and changes Ensure 100% utilization by studying systems capabilities and understanding business specifications Stitch the entire response/ solution proposed to the RFP/ RFI before its presented to the customer b. Support Project Manager/ Delivery Team in delivering the solution to the customer Define and plan project milestones, phases and different elements involved in the project along with the principal consultant Drive and challenge the presumptions of delivery teams on how will they successfully execute their plans Ensure Customer Satisfaction through quality deliverable on time 3. Roles & Responsibilities:- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead the application design and development process and Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements- Execute various development/technical activities to implement the integrations between SAP SuccessFactors - Understand SAP SuccessFactors data structure, APIs and different integration tools (Integration Center, CPI, Reports,etc.)- Experience as an application integration design involving various on-premises, cloud and/ or mobile and integration/API technologies.- Hands-on experiences in architecture, design and development using CPI.- Proficiency in designing and implementing complex integration scenarios, including experience with various integration patterns and protocols such as OData/SOAP/HTTP/SFTP.- Familiar with web standard interchange formats such as XML/JSON. Familiar in writing groovy scripts- Support and prepare technical documents, including process-flows workbooks and test scenarios based on the design Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting/HR- Strong understanding of integration concepts and techniques- Experience in designing and implementing scalable applications and knowledge of cloud-based application development- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and development experience in PA, OM and Time Management Configuration experience-Experience in SAP HR-ABAP & SAP HR for Implementation, Support projects.- Experience in ABAP-HR programming (involving info types PA/OM, Structural Authorizations, HR Macros, Logical Databases etc.- Incident handling process for SAP HCM System support- Good experience in Inbound and Outbound Interfaces for third party Systems, Integration with PI System etc.- Report programming using ALV & Classical Reports, OO ABAP techniques- Experience in data migration techniques BDC and LSMW- Business Integration Builder (BIB) experience- WebDynpro and SAP Fiori experience, workflow experience for employee leave requests with ESS & MSS- ALE & IDOC experience- ODATA /NetWeaver Gateway service- Enhancements Framework (BADI, Implicit, Explicit ) , Badi & User-Exit experience Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite Qualification 15 years full time education
