Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head (B2C) with a strong background in the solar industry . The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of industry experience , excellent leadership capabilities, and a strategic mindset to drive B2C sales operations. This role requires someone who can manage a team effectively, interact with dealers and customers, and take ownership of performance and growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the B2C sales team to achieve sales targets and expand market reach in the solar energy sector. Foster strong relationships with customers and channel partners to ensure consistent business growth. Drive business strategies and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement. Ensure adherence to risk management, compliance, and governance policies within the sales function. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Monitor sales metrics, prepare performance reports, and present insights to senior leadership. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in the solar industry with a proven sales record. Strong team leadership and people management skills. High logical thinking ability and sound decision-making skills within the policy framework. Proficiency in Advanced Excel , MS PowerPoint , and MS Word . Excellent communication and negotiation skills . Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic work environment. Knowledge of risk management , compliance , and governance best practices .
