Description
You will be responsible for executing the roadmap and strategic vision to develop a Fintech platform. As a leader, you will guide the team in identifying new business opportunities, potential markets, and customer segments to create and increase the loan portfolio and drive sustainable growth. Utilize business intelligence data and tools to identify and monitor current and potential customers. Monitor and analyze the division's financial performance, including loan portfolio metrics, revenue generation, and expenses to make data-driven decisions to achieve business targets. Your role will involve gathering requirements and developing applications to drive lending operations. Determine annual requirements for Software, Licensing, Training, Renewals, Maintenance, Staffing, and Projects. Foster a customer-centric culture within the division, emphasizing excellent customer service and ensuring positive customer experiences throughout the lending process. Summarize financial and economic data reports for review by business owners and stakeholders. Ensure strict adherence to all relevant regulatory guidelines and industry best practices to maintain compliance and protect the company's reputation. Qualifications required for this role: - A Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred. - Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the lending market, including products, customer segments, and industry trends. - Demonstrated success in achieving business growth and profitability targets through strategic planning and execution. - Proficiency in Loan Management Systems (LMS) and Loan Origination Systems (LOS). - Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse group of professionals. - Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic business environment, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. - A visionary mindset and innovative approach to drive continuous improvement in processes, products, and services.
