Role Overview:

We’re looking for a highly connected, driven individual to join us as a Business Development Partner. This role is all about bringing in high-quality leads, leveraging your personal/professional network, and setting up meetings with decision-makers. You’ll be playing a direct role in scaling our agency’s impact and reach.

Responsibilities:

• Bring in qualified leads for branding, content, and marketing projects

• Leverage your network (local + international) to generate opportunities

• Set up meetings with founders, marketing heads, and brand teams

• Help open doors and build strong pipelines for consistent deal flow

• Work closely with our founder to qualify and close opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• A well-connected individual with an existing network in the startup, luxury, lifestyle, or brand ecosystem (India or global)

• Someone who can hustle, build trust, and open real conversations

• Prior experience in client acquisition, partnerships, or BD (agency background a plus)

• Not afraid to work on performance-based incentives

• Available to start immediately

Compensation:Commission-based. You’ll earn a percentage of each deal closed. The structure is simple and will be discussed and agreed upon with you directly.
