The Role In this position, you will not be confined to a typical sales or servicing role. We are seeking a Business Growth Partner who can identify opportunities, drive conversations, and deliver on promises. Your role will involve connecting curiosity with action, transforming inquiries into valuable partnerships. What You'll Do - Identify, cultivate, and convert new business prospects across various industries. - Lead client interactions from initial outreach to final agreements. - Develop tailored and strategic pitches, including comprehensive strategy decks and performance plans. - Collaborate with diverse teams to develop innovative solutions. - Recognize opportunities for expanding existing partnerships. - Serve as a representative of Fynkk in key industry forums. - Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through successful client acquisitions. What Success Looks Like - Converting leads into lasting partnerships rather than merely pursuing them. - Meeting revenue objectives by effectively managing your sales pipeline. - Establishing enduring relationships that extend beyond individual campaigns. - Bringing clarity and tangible results to complex situations. What You'll Bring - 3-5 years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships, with a preference for digital marketing expertise. - In-depth knowledge of media, content, and martech landscapes. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling capabilities. - A problem-solving orientation, capable of simplifying and selling intricate solutions. - Strong sense of ownership, humility, and a drive to innovate. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field. - Preferred certifications in: - Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate - Google Ads (Search, Display, Measurement) - HubSpot Inbound Sales or Inbound Marketing,
