With a rapidly expanding learner base, we are strengthening our growth team and seeking a proactive and motivated Business Growth Officer to join our Delhi office.

Role Summary

The Business Growth Officer will be responsible for driving admissions, nurturing leads, and expanding our outreach. This role requires excellent communication, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to understand learner needs to guide them toward the right program.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective learners through calls, emails, and online inquiries to understand their goals and recommend suitable programs.
• Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead engagement to enrollment confirmation.
• Achieve monthly targets for conversions and revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up details in the CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance student experience and optimize processes.
• Participate in online/offline events, webinars, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
• Build strong rapport with potential students and create lasting professional relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 0.6 – 4 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a strong ability to engage and influence.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and handle high-volume interactions.
• Prior experience in EdTech, training, or counseling roles is a plus.
