AJX Technologies is growing fast! We’re looking for a Business & Growth Manager who can bring new clients, build partnerships, and help us scale our Automation, AI, SaaS, and Full-Stack development services.
What You’ll Do
Find and onboard new clients
Lead sales calls, demos, and proposals
Understand client needs & close deals
Work with our tech team for smooth delivery
Support business and growth strategies
What We Need
3–5 years of IT sales/business development experience
Strong communication & client-handling skills
Basic understanding of SaaS, automation & full-stack concepts
Self-driven, proactive, and growth-focused
What You Get
Up to 8 LPA CTC
10–20% commission on closures
Performance bonuses
ESOPs/Equity for top performers
