Project Role : Business Function Implement Practitioner Project Role Description : Support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. Activities include analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. Must have skills : Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS) Good to have skills : Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : MBA Summary :As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. This includes analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. You will play a crucial role in driving efficiency and effectiveness within the organization, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Analyze and design/re-design business processes to improve efficiency. Define parts of the organization to enhance performance. Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS). Good To Have Skills:Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites. Strong understanding of cloud-based platforms and services. Experience in implementing and managing PaaS solutions. Knowledge of business process analysis and design methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS). This position is based in Noida. An MBA degree is required.
