Business Finance-Retail Assets

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the Financial Management Information System for the organization, focusing on P&L and other Business Dashboards for the Assets portfolio in the Retail Business segment. Your role will involve anchoring and overseeing the development, automation, and publishing of all Business, Operations, and People related MIS. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal business stakeholders for financial discussions and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and expense management. Key Responsibilities: - Anchor and manage the Financial Management Information System, focusing on P&L and other Business Dashboards for the Assets portfolio in the Retail Business segment. - Develop, automate, and publish all Business, Operations, and People related MIS. - Partner with internal business stakeholders for financial discussions and ad-hoc analysis. - Budgeting, Forecasting, and Provisioning for Income and OPEX. - Monitor P&L and Balance Sheet lines strictly and timely to track business outcomes and maintain cost discipline. - Engage with the Business to recommend modifications for improving P&L and Balance Sheet. - Drive expense management and analytics, improving expense allocation methodology across departments. - Share key insights on OPEX to engage stakeholders actively and optimize expenses. - Provide decisioning support to Senior Management in Business and Finance through advanced analytics and dashboards. - Maintain audit readiness and lead internal & external audit discussions as per company guidelines. Qualification Required: - CA/BE/MBA (Tier 1) with 2-7 years of experience. - Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant role. - Experience working in a fast-moving environment and meeting stipulated timelines. - Proficiency in Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Macros, SQL, and MIS management. - Good understanding of various financial parameters preferred. - Experience in Expense Management is a plus.,
