Business Finance-Retail Assets

The jobholder will be responsible for managing the Financial Management Information System, including Profit & Loss (P&L) and other Business Dashboards for the Assets portfolio within the Retail Business segment. The key responsibilities include anchoring and overseeing the Financial Management Information System, developing, automating, and publishing various Business, Operations, and People-related Management Information Systems (MIS) for the organization. Additionally, the individual will collaborate with internal business stakeholders for financial discussions, budgeting, forecasting, and provisioning for Income and Operating Expenses (OPEX). Moreover, the job involves monitoring P&L and Balance Sheet lines diligently to ensure accurate tracking of business outcomes while maintaining cost discipline within the allocated expense budgets. The role also requires engaging with the Business to recommend modifications for enhancing the P&L and Balance Sheet structures and driving expense management through cost booking processes and analytics. The jobholder will need to continuously enhance and simplify expense allocation methods across different departments, provide detailed insights on OPEX to engage stakeholders actively and optimize expenses. Furthermore, the individual will offer decision-making support to Senior Management in Business and Finance through advanced analytics, dashboards, and ensuring audit readiness as per company guidelines. Qualifications & Key Skills: - Must hold a degree in CA/BE/MBA (Tier 1) with 2-7 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a similar role. - Proficiency in Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Macros, SQL, and MIS management is essential. - A strong understanding of financial parameters and experience in Expense Management will be advantageous. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and deliver quality output within stipulated timelines.,
