Business Finance Manager

The Business Finance Manager at Fi Money in Bangalore will play a crucial role in driving efficiency and new initiatives to achieve financial goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize for the quarter/year and continuously monitor financial and business KPIs to identify trends and analyze variances. As the primary point of contact for financial queries, analysis, and data, you will work closely with Product and Tech teams to address business challenges, assess the impact of product features/tech interventions, and shape the post-implementation roadmap. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing historical business trends, forecasting data, developing financial models, and conducting business outcome evaluations. Regularly facilitating business review meetings, you will present key insights and provide recommendations to support decision-making processes. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in business finance, FP&A, or a related field, with a strong background in business analysis and reporting. You should have the ability to effectively engage with senior leadership and collaborate with various stakeholders. Proficiency in working independently with substantial amounts of data to derive actionable insights is essential for this position.
