Role Details

• An Executive is responsible for generating leads, making sales call, continuously updating CRM database, and meeting sales targets.

Overall Job Description

• Achieving Sales Targets: Meet monthly and annual sales targets for tractor loan business.
• Dealer Network Management: Activate and maintain relationships with dealerships, ensuring they have the financial support they need.
• Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of tractor loans, ensuring timely collections and minimizing delinquencies.
• Lead Generation: Generate leads through various methods, including rural level activities and digital campaigns.
• Loan Processing: Work closely with internal departments like credit and operations to ensure timely disbursement of loans.
• Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers and dealerships.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of tractor loan products and financing options.
• Business Planning: Develop business plans and sales strategies for tractor finance.
• Team Leadership: May involve leading a team of sales or area managers.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to bank norms and ethical standards.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

Essential requirement:  Graduate

Preferred: Exposure to CRM tool

WORK EXPERIENCE

Essential requirement: 0-2+ years

Preferred: 2+ years
