Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities: Aggressively drive the sales numbers and source new business for Home Loans through Builders, DSAs and Open Market. Build and maintain relationships with DSAs, builders, and other business partners. Generate leads, convert them into sales, and meet sales targets. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies. Ensure timely disbursal of loans and provide excellent customer service, compliance with all Audit / NHB regulations as well as processes, policies and reports as per company designed systems. Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate/PG in any field with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in HL/Lap. Knowledge of loan documentation process. Male & Females both candidates will be preferred. Good communication, extrovert attitude and selling skills is a must.
