Business Execution Manager

About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Manager. In this role, you will: Manage and develop complex teams (50-100 team size) handling multifaceted tasks and operations for a single business group within a line of business mainly Procedure Writing for entire CSBBO, Centralized Access Management team supporting entire CSBBO, Data Analysis and Reporting and automation. Engage business stakeholders in integrating or implementing business execution initiatives Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, redesign, change management initiatives, and risk control development Make decisions and resolve issues regarding operations of the team to meet business objectives Interpret and develop policies and procedures aligned with Wells Fargo's business line objectives Collaborate and consult with immediate colleagues and cross functional business partners Interact directly with executive management to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to Strategy and Execution Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 2+ years Leadership experience Experience in leading team of 50-100 team size with reporting of people managers Desired Qualifications: Experience of reporting and analysis of business intelligence data Experience in Procedure Writing/ Content Writing. Active participation with key contribution in transformational initiatives Experience in large change management executions Job Expectations: Lead a team of 50-100 team members of which at least 3 people managers Be part of transformation exercises resulting in significant value to business Ensure all expected performance standards are met and some are exceeded Be responsive to changes and contribute to their planning and seamless implementation Ensure strong risk management over activities and no significant materialization of risk.
