Business Execution Consultant- Data Privacy

You will be responsible for serving as a central point of contact for requests and inquiries, executing supporting activities, initiatives, and practices for all applicable aspects of the GPU's Governance. Additionally, you will develop and maintain the inventory of sources of privacy risk, as well as develop intel and insights to drive compliance and continuous improvement. Your role will involve identifying privacy risks, assessing, measuring, and prioritizing risks, managing the GPU engagement model with stakeholders, and establishing program governance and escalation protocols for management routines and stakeholder accountability. Furthermore, you will review regulatory and policy alerts against policy/procedures for impacts, internally monitor policy adherence to assure risks identified are adequately mitigated by control frameworks. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining Business Procedures for GPU and designing solutions to support privacy risk management across the company. Additionally, you will develop educational and awareness programs to increase adoption of policies and procedures, and advocate privacy across the company. Your responsibilities will also include executing the design, development, implementation, and management of various initiatives related to emerging risks, regulatory change, and policy impacts. The ideal candidate should have at least 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. Excellent written, oral, presentation skills, and innovative thinking are desired qualifications. A proven record of success working seamlessly in a virtual environment and keeping up to date with the Security and Privacy Industry are also valued.
