At Flipspaces , we believe in driving growth with data, insights, and operational excellence. We are looking for a Business Excellence professional who can go beyond reporting someone who can turn numbers into stories and insights into action.
? Build and maintain dashboards and MIS reports to track sales, operations and revenue performance.
? Analyze trends, variances, and business metrics, providing actionable insights.
? Recommend corrective measures and process improvements to the leadership team.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
? Support forecasting, pipeline tracking, and revenue planning via various dashboards.
What We're Looking For :
? 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Excellence.
? Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
? Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
? Strong experience in making Corporate presentations, Executive Reports
? Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
? Excellent communication skills to present insights to leadership.
