Role Overview: As a Business Engagement Support Executive at The Bedford College Group, you play a crucial role within the Business Development department. Your main focus will be on contributing to the success of students by actively engaging with employers, coordinating placements, fostering relationships, and monitoring performance. It is essential to proactively identify and reach out to employers, match students with suitable placements, create tailored proposals, and maintain accurate records to ensure the smooth functioning of the program. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with employers to create opportunities for students - Coordinate student placements and ensure successful matches - Develop customized proposals based on individual student needs - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all engagements and placements - Proactively identify new opportunities and contacts within the industry - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance student experiences Qualifications Required: - Possession or working towards a Level 2 qualification in sales, customer service, or marketing - Level 2 proficiency in Maths and English - Background in customer-focused environments and cold calling - Experience in designing and executing sales campaigns - Proficiency in using CRM systems and analyzing data - Ability to meet targets through strategic planning and negotiation Additional Company Details: The Bedford College Group, established in 2017, stands as the largest education provider in the South East Midlands, serving over 15,000 students annually.
