Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – APC Channel   Job Summary: We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) for our Agency Partner Channel (APC). The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the Insurance sector (Agency Channel) and will be responsible for recruiting agents, manage partners/leaders, driving sales through them, and expanding the agency network.   Key Responsibilities: Recruit and onboard new insurance Partner/leaders/agents/advisors under the APC model.   Drive sales through the leaders/partners/recruited agents to achieve business targets.   Conduct regular meetings and training sessions with agents to ensure productivity.   Maintain relationships with existing agents and support them in closing business.   Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company norms.   Eligibility Criteria: Age Limit: Maximum 35 years. Employment Gap: No employment gaps allowed. APC Eligibility (for candidates with 2+ years agency experience in the same organization): Up to 4.5 LPA   Job Requirements: Proven experience in recruiting and managing a team of agents. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a field sales setup. Two-wheeler and willingness to travel is mandatory.
