Business Development Trainee

Role Overview: As a Business Development Trainee in Investment Banking at CapitalSquare Group, your main responsibility is to prospect and generate leads with private companies. You will collaborate closely with sales leaders to create a strategic plan, including identifying target prospects and crafting appropriate messaging. Your role also involves scheduling meetings with qualified leads, passing them on to sales closers, and effectively communicating the company's value proposition while addressing any objections. Additionally, you will need to participate in training sessions to improve demand generation, prioritize strategic account lists, and ensure that lead generation quotas are met or exceeded. Researching and efficiently managing accounts in the CRM system is also crucial.
