About the Company

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to drive direct client acquisition in the US Staffing industry for staffing and direct hire requirements. The role focuses on inside sales and demand generation for the US market, with strong exposure to direct client engagement (non-VMS / non-MSP).

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage direct US clients for staffing and direct hire needs
  • Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Lusha
  • Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline through email, LinkedIn messaging, and phone outreach
  • Conduct cold calls and structured follow-ups to convert prospects into active clients
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams for seamless client onboarding
  • Track and report lead generation activities, conversion ratios, and sales performance metrics

Qualifications

  • 35 years of experience in US market inside sales / business development / demand generation
  • Strong understanding of US staffing and direct hire models
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, or similar tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable with phone-based outreach and US client interactions
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
  • Prior experience in US staffing (direct clients) is a strong advantage
