About the Role

Business Development Specialists

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and explore new business opportunities
• Conduct market research and identify potential partnerships
• Develop and execute business development strategies
• Maintain and strengthen customer relationships
• Collaborate with technical teams to align customer needs with solutions

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Language requirements:

• Bengaluru & Mysuru: Kannada + English (spoken & written)
• NCR: Hindi + English (spoken & written)
• 1–2 years of experience in lead generation or business development
• Open-minded, quick learner with willingness to acquire new skills
• Renewable energy sector experience is a plus

Additional Information
