Business Development - Software Sales

We are looking for a sharp, proactive Business Development professional who can identify opportunities, pitch software solutions, and close deals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to business owners, understands their problems, and can translate those problems into software solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and reach out to potential clients (B2B)
• Understand client pain points and recommend suitable software solutions
• Pitch demos, explain value, and close sales
• Build and manage long-term client relationships
• Work closely with product/tech teams to align solutions with client needs

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in software / SaaS / IT services sales
• Ability to understand business workflows and pain points
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity
• Basic understanding of CRM, funnels, and sales processes

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience selling custom software, SaaS, or automation solutions
• Existing network of business owners or decision-makers
• Familiarity with startups, SMEs, or enterprise sales

Incentives:
Along with the basic salary of Rs. 25,000/-, you can enjoy incentives up to Rs. 50,000/- as per your sales achieved.

First 3 months will be training, where you will be paid basic stipend of Rs. 15,000/-.
